One of the packages, or a number specific to you. Written down before anything starts, so the price at the end is the price at the beginning.

You see real layouts on a real link you can open on your phone and send to whoever else has to approve it. Not a PDF, and not a surprise at the end.

Hand-built, not assembled from plugins. You get a link that updates as it goes, so nothing is a reveal.

Live
Domain pointed, analytics on, and a walkthrough so you can change what you will want to change. Then it is yours — code, domain and all.

Shipped, live, still running
This site is the sample. Designed, built and deployed by me, with a working storefront behind it — real payments, real downloads, real order handling. It ships about 2KB of JavaScript and loads in under a second because of how it is built, not because of a plugin added afterwards.

Before You Ask
The things people email about
- Why not just use Squarespace or Wix?
- If a template genuinely fits, use one — I will tell you when that is the honest answer. What you get here instead is a site built for your business specifically, that loads in under a second, that you own outright, and that can do things a template cannot. The trade is cost up front against not paying a subscription to look like everyone else.
- Who owns the site?
- You do, outright — the code, the domain, the content. No licence, no lock-in, and nothing stops working if you stop paying me. I keep the right to show the work in my portfolio.
- What if I already have a website?
- Then the first question is whether it needs rebuilding or just needs fixing. Send me the link and I will tell you honestly which, including when the answer is to keep what you have and spend the money elsewhere.
- Do I need to supply photos?
- Ideally yes — good photographs make more difference to a site than almost anything else. I shoot as well, so if the images are the missing piece we can talk about that separately, but it is not part of these packages.
- How do payments work?
- Half up front to book the time, half when the site goes live. No retainer, no hourly billing, no surprise invoice at the end.
